Grill

  • Preheat a charcoal grill to one side by pushing hot coals to that side, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high (400 degrees Fahrenheit to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, or 200 degrees Celsius to 230 degrees Celsius) on one side. After the grates have been oiled, place the sausage links on the side of the grill that is not lighted.
  • Cover and grill the sausage for eight to ten minutes, rotating it halfway through the cooking period, until a thermometer placed into the thickest area of the sausage registers a temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit (66 degrees Celsius).
  • Place the sausage on the side of the grill that is lighted, and grill it uncovered, turning it once halfway through the cooking process, for one to two minutes, or until it is browned and a thermometer put into the thickest area of the sausage registers 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius). To be served as desired.

Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Prepare a large baking sheet with a rim by lining it with parchment paper or parchment paper.
  • On the baking sheet that has been prepared, arrange the sausage links in an even layer, leaving at least one inch of space between each link.
