Vegetable Cream Cheese Recipe

– 3 packages (8 Ounces Each) Cream Cheese, Slightly Softened – 6 whole Green Onions, Sliced – 1 whole Large Carrot, Peeled And Finely Diced – 1 stalk Celery, Finely Diced – 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Finely Diced – 1/4 c. Finely Diced Red Onion – 1 tbsp. Chopped Chives (more To Taste) – 1 tbsp. Chopped Dill (more To Taste) – 1 clove Garlic, Peeled


By combining the cream cheese with the remaining ingredients in a food processor bowl, proceed. 

Step 1

Continue pulsing the ingredients until the mixture reaches the desired consistency: it can be chunky, with larger pieces of the vegetables, or it can be thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Refrigerate the spread after transferring it to a container and covering it with plastic wrap. Spread on bagels, crostini, or crackers, or serve chilled with vegetables.
